Our Leadership Team

Ritwik plays a significant role in building a responsible and strong expansion of LEAD. A highly dependable leader with exceptional problem-solving skills and expertise in maximizing resources, Ritwik leads the sales, growth, and key account management functions in LEAD and works closely with the senior management to build a strong sales team for us.

Ritwik is proficient in strategy, market development, and growth planning and has served in many remarkable positions before joining LEAD. He was the COO at MakeMyTrip, Vice President at AEGON Religare iTerm Life Insurance Plan, and Sales Head at Citibank, among others. He was also a gold medalist from Faculty of Management Studies – University of Delhi.

Rohit is the Chief Human Resources Officer at LEAD. He works closely with the leadership team and builds a stronger, happier, and more driven workforce at LEAD.

He comes with over 25 years of HR expertise. In his last role, he was the CHRO at Paytm where he led the strategic HR agenda for the company. Prior to Paytm, Rohit was with Accenture where he was responsible for  Accenture’s talent strategy and HR service delivery & operations across all businesses in India. 

Rohit has previously also worked with Microsoft, where he served as Head of Human Resources for Microsoft India. Prior to this, he spent 11 years at GE in various HR leadership roles across multiple businesses like Energy, Capital, Engineering, Corporate and Aviation both in India and the United States. He has also worked with Eicher Tractors, Cadence Design Systems, and Bausch & Lomb.

Anupam is an important member of the LEAD team. In his role as a CMO, he defines overall business and marketing strategies. He is responsible for strengthening the brand reach, driving the business growth in existing markets, and conceptualising approaches for new markets as well as category management segments.

Anupam has over 16 years of experience in marketing, seasoned with a wide range of functions that he had carried out for various organisations before coming onboard with LEAD in September 2020. He has worked in reputed consumer-centric organizations such as Disney+ Hotstar, Reckitt Benckiser (Dettol), Vodafone, and Google. Anupam is a graduate from Delhi College of Engineering and holds an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Harsh drives the day-to-day development process of all our applications, ensuring that LEAD is equipped with adept technological capabilities and that all our resources are used efficiently, profitably, and securely by all our stakeholders. Under his leadership, evaluation and implementation of new systems and infrastructure are never amiss. He works closely with the senior leadership to develop the company’s strategy to offer our solutions to every corner of the country.

Highly skilled in building scalable and high performance internet architecture, Harsh started off as a Software Developer at Lutron Electronics, USA, Harsh has held senior positions in technology teams across industries. He worked as Head of Technology at Edutech company MeritNation.com. Harsh has a Masters in Human-Computer interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh.

Manoj Naik is the Chief Financial Officer at LEAD. He is an established and result-oriented finance leader with fast-track career growth and 30+ years of extensive and rich experience working in diverse and global setups.

He comes with 24+ years experience in Financial Services in India, Taiwan & Europe serving GE Capital, Fullerton Securities & ManipalCigna Health Insurance, with a track record of achievement and a reputation for successfully deploying talent, technology & capital as well as for consistently enjoying stakeholder trust.

Manoj has hands-on 18+ years of experience, as a CFO & Co-pilot, in defining & successfully executing India market strategy for reputed Global Financial Service MNCs.

He is also a founder member of The CFO Board, India’s pre-eminent body of Finance Leaders.

Riku designs the overall pedagogical framework at LEAD.  He is the go-to person for defining learning goals, designing new pedagogy products, and bringing innovations to existing  products. His functions help us in effectively driving improved learning outcomes for all our partner schools. He closely works with the tech and business teams to build a great learning experience for every student.

Riku has been committed to ‘improving educational outcomes in India’ and is a veteran in the EdTech sector. He headed the K-12 Product Development at BYJU’S before joining LEAD. He has previously worked with Dabur and Aspiring Minds, gaining experience in Strategy, FMCG, and Sales. Riku is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Ajay drives the design and development of products at LEAD for all users, i.e, teachers, students, parents, principals, academic coordinators and school owners. He ensures that the users have a seamless and delightful experience, while delivering the best education possible to the students.

Ajay comes with 16 years of experience in product management, entrepreneurship, data science and consulting. In his last role, he was the CEO and Founder of Boxx.ai, which was later acquired by Netcore. Prior to that, Ajay has worked in McKinsey, RedPill (later acquired by IBM) and Crayon. Ajay is an alumnus of IIT Bombay.
